After the Whitecap/ Torq merger in December Nuttall was immediately praising management. My most sincerest praise to Brett Herman and his team. ''They just voluntarily fired themselves for the betterment of shareholders. Not many teams would be willing to do this and are a model for some others to follow. The era of entrenchment must end and they lead by example.'' After the Arc/ VII proposal he has said nothing.

That is a very good observation, my guess then is he is not supportive of this deal as it gives too little to VII shareholders.

They volunteered to take a payout of epic proportions while at the same time getting moving  scores of people to the unemployment line durring one of the highest unemployment rates of all time. There is no charity involved in these plays as long as the old golden parachute is at play.

-Debt goes from 2.33 billion last year to 1.94$billion - in a depressed environtment - completions costs down almost 60 fkin percent - free cash flow of over a quarter billion  and all that at a bullspit 41$ a barrel oul and 2.60$ gas... and this arc deal is so great for shareholders here? ...  makes me sick amd makes me question the intentions of those involved   ...more
