Value of Reserves

I guess to have 10 billion dollars of reserves would be quite an investment. It represents multiple years of future production. 

So how much sunk cost do you think is in having more than twice the reserves as ARC, and what value would you attribute to that?

Does that create an inequity in the deal?

I believe they spent 11 b to get 2.3 b of pp reserves. Less 1.9 B of debt. Before Holt came along they spent like drunken sailors.
