I would argure, that CPG prices only increased after a Shell purchase, that TOU is a gas stock, Pey is a gas stock. Topaz was formed because TOU did not get a proper evaluation for their infastructure assets. Moving those assets into TOPAZ allowed TOU to remove pressure from it balance sheet, and get a high multiple for those asset.
