  An average M&A deal takes 2-3 months to complete. We're over the 2 month mark. My opinion is by the end of Jan 2021 this deal is done - I've been buying. This is an opinion within the started guideline of Q1. If its this time in March let's revisit and I will say my opinion is wrong.  You think by end of March, I think by end of Jan. We're both in the Q1
