OMG this week? They recently stated: Valeura and the Buyer have agreed to revise the Outside Date from April 19, 2021 to July 30, 2021 to continue the approval process.

I think this week from the current release of the 7th May Valeura and TBNG Ltd. will now proceed to close the transaction. This is anticipated to occur within the coming weeks.
