Cheap and reasonable chances for success. If  success follows, we have an easy 10 bagger here . That they have applied for approval of appraisal well locations shows that they have a JV partner lined up should sweet ...more

You cannot rule that Valeura will be acquired as part of the deal..
Comment by DocPat on Oct 12, 2021 4:39pm
I share your optimism and that the idea that the play was well advanced by the $100 million spent by Statoil. Nothing's ever for sure but if she goes it would seem the blue sky on this is well beyond a 10 bagger!!))  IMHO. All the best to longs, Doc.

Equinor pulled out due to water choking all the wells. The last 18 months companies in Valeura data room of course check facts with Equinor
Comment by DocPat on Oct 12, 2021 5:57pm
Thank you for that Hanna, Could you please site your reference for your assertion that Statoil pulled out of the play due to water issues. Granted, lack of sustained flow due to oil and perhaps water depending on the zone you are looking at remain the hurdle and one has to think that this was in the decision matrix for Statoil .. but pressure from their countrymen to become a green company, that ...more
