As a shareholder of Valeura Energy Corporation I am deeply concerned over two issues pertaining to the affairs of the company:

1. The sale of corporate assets in 2021 to a party with close ties to the Board of Directors of Valeura Energy Corporation at what appears, even in the circumstances prevailing at the time,  as disturbingly deep discounts.
2. The compensation of the Executive Team and the Board of Directors is excessive by any measure for a junior Oil and Gas company greatly diminished by the failure of its major project.

 
We ask TMX Compliance to investigate the legality of the above noted issues.

Andy, thanks for your efforts; ignore the noise and keep on moving forward ….slow & steady is the speed here. Parasitic management needs to show results soon, earn their keep or move on to other places to feed on. Two years was plenty of time and upcoming GM is likely the end of the road; at least for my proxy. Also, the recent Trading Update was a good start but IMO still not enough to keep
