Otherwise, you are just speculating and adding nothing to the discussion.  I see entrenched management and a Board that either knows more (or knows nothing) about what this overpaid group/deal gatekeepers are working on. $40M USD ($50M CDN) doesn't get you much today buying into production/deals.
