Sean in mail explaining

"During the interim period (between effective date and closing), the assets are still managed by the seller, then upon closing there will be an adjustment whereby everything is tabulated including revenue, operating costs, working capital etc. "

Will be a good estimate of actual cash flow!

Lets assume the deal closes in February of 2023. So thats 5 months of interim production and cash flows to the bottom line. I assume at least  $85 US Brent during that time periodof Sept 2-22 to Feb 2023. Production costs are $30 US per barrel which means $50 US per barrel of primary cash flows. So, 21,000 bpd ** 150 Days @ $80 US per barrel = $270 million in Gross sales and $175 million ...more

Drilling an offshore (even though shallow waters) well for 3.5m ? Isn't it more like 30m ? Anyway, no matter how this plays out, they don't have enough money. I expect a placement before any production.

Lol, smart. If I were you, I would wait to buy after that placement, why rush? Luckily I am not, so I am already in and long.

Those are $1M holes at most.  Not $10M like Turkey or Canada. Don't forget Asians oil workers get 30% of overpaid Canadian oil workers with twice the output and 90% less whining haha. I'm fine if they do a raise.  Why not bump from USD 30-50M day
