Brent at $88.58

We have remained, on average, at or above the $85 Brent price on which Valeura is to receive $12 million US per month in after tax free cash funds since Aug 31/22 until the Mubby deal is closed.

That will amount to $60 million US at exit January 31, early next week.

At current exchange , that's $80 million  CAD, or very close to $1 per share.

At closure, later in February, that cash lode will be worth $ 1 per share.

So, at current shorted pricing, you can buy 25000 bpd produciton for less than $1.50 per share

It works out to about CA$50 a barrel net for VLE with current exchange.  At 25000 barrels production, that's a cool CA$1.25 million a day net. Annually close to CA$400 million or about ...more
