Cash Position = Market Value.

Management said the deal will close in Q1 right from the day it was announced. Unreal to see the wait take a toll on sp, completely forgeting current cashflow. This has brought the stock back to trading at cash value by my calculations, read the NR and check your numbers. Assuming Management guidelines of 30M per month (Sept to mid-March now) even without factoring the 23M in hand end Q3 and 10M raised @ 2.54. This stock is already trading at cash value. Mubby deal will have generated that much. Even at 80% estimates, still compensate with cash in hand Q3 and money raised.. same conclusion; SP is at cash value. So these are free assets, worth about 24,000 bpd, flowing (~21,000bpd) and soon to flow (~3,000bpd) crude. Check your numbers as you sell at current SP.

Alternatively, one could look at it as entire cost of abandonment already raised, assuming associated tax credits for dollar rate. Again, free assets,  be the judge.
