Good find whew everything is so far behind schedule they didnt want to face SH questions on the incompetence. Looke like Mubadala coming off the rails and tanker will be in port for a while ...how embarassing for them they had to bail on AGM. SP will tank next week. Total amateur hour with zero integrity. SG need to spend another $250 K to  uy more shares at market price to save any face.

Let's not speculate.  They have recently confirmed it is still on track so time will tell. I think they will meet it or the tone would have been different.

I'm sure the sp would of tanked after 3 pm on  friday when investors got wind of this..why hasn't it affected the price..Any thoughts??

No point to speculate about cancelled meeting, perhaps it is the case of …’too much money to count’ so it will take a bit longer.  But seriously; with large acquisition like this and rather ‘small & I suspect a bit green’- VLE team it will take longer to sort things out. I gave up on this management once but this new development also brought new hope so I’m not selling anytime soon &

Direct from company IR yesterday, Robin was working Saturday. "Its been rescheduled to June. The cancellation notice and reschedule notice were not able to be issued at the same time. Nothing to worry about, Tentatively new date is June 20."

Sedar was  MIA Fri aft and still havnt gotten auto alert mail about this substantial material news.   Calgarians only work 22 hrs a week now not Mon or Fri haha thats why they all weari g shabby clothes driving cheap cars.

The very late close of the Mubby deal would have meant that current  document/ information deadlines would have been insufficient to meet the May 10 AGM timing. The delay to June makes sense in light of this situation.

If Mubadala went south thanks to a typical ME Fatah deal we will see $.60.... Regardless its probably SG going to Asia to see whats going on with everything late. Would be nice to get a buyout already for $7 share. If it was a material event it would habe to be disclosed imediately though. AGM is manditory and changing dates is highly unusual in negative sense....wonder how much im gonna lose.
