How Long?
The dialogue regarding Friday's results has been excellent. Most are making a concerted effort to understand the numbers with as little spin as possible. I, for one, appreciate the shared insights. Many of us are disappointed with the buoy situation but do not find it significant enough to put us off the stock.
No one can argue with over 21,000 BO day - what a great number! Like mentioned yesterday, VLE is considerably undervalued when compared to a peer - namely, CJ (Cardinal) - that is producing about the same amount of oil yet has a market cap five times higher than VLE. I know each company is in a very different country and are uniquely different from the other (different assets with different asset life, etc.) However, when compared to CJ, VLE is appears seriously undervalued.
I assume most of us here recognize the same unrealized value in VLE. How long will it take the market to see this value? When the bell rings Monday morning will market even care about the unrealized value of VLE or will it put VLE in the penalty box as a result of the buoy delay and unreported acquisition numbers?

I'll give you a perfect peer (CJ is for sure not one of them). Jadestone Energy...Asia, offshore, small, sunset assets (reserve wise)....then Vle is still undervalued, but compared with the right peer.

CJ is not the best peer for comparison, just compare their 2PP reserves and you will see the difference

AI powered Algos hanfle 90% of any exchanges volume. They intake and peocess all sentimwnt from media and forums, run their own anaysis. VLE has a constant stream od missed deliverables and now accidents.....this is a value killer for Algos. Regardless they may pick it up afetr we know muba closing numbers in which case should hit 8
