May 10 is Q1 results.   Details on cash on hand after deal close could in fact come earlier.   Also could get Wassanna restart news, and tax loss restructuring news before then.

Only have $17M cash and a foreign subsidiary, in a military dictatorship with three coups inrecent memory, that has 21,000 or so bbl day. It is is unknowns how VLE will get the funds out of the country into the VLE account so they can pay everyone a USD .20 div or if they will blow it on carbon credits and empire building.
