Thank god they are not implementing a dividend. Such a move would kill the share price and cause the stock to stagnate. Look what has happened to Canadian stocks like HWX, TVE, CJ, GXE, PNE, just to name a few, that have implemented dividends. If they have excess cash, I would prefer share buy backs and further acquisitions. 

The sell-off we witnessed is just the typical "sell the news." Once the swing and day traders have departed, VLE will show its true colours. I am looking forward to Q1 and more so, Q2 results.

I wish other O&G companies I own had the cash flow VLE has as well as its debt level.

I agree with you Gring, No dividend .. Yet. Once they have creasted 50,000 boe/d, (Which I suspect they will do sooner than later) then a dividend.  Regarding share buy backs, I am a firm No. I experienced that with Africa Oil and it was totally wasted. Further, they are still less than 100,000,000 share which is amazing and very low to its peers and so no need to shrink it more. I also

I may have misquoted the Auctus guidance .. though I was sure I read north of $6.00 looking nowat Streetwise Report it looks like guidance to $5.20 up from $4.70. If someone see the $6.00 ++ guidance by Auctus, please let me know. All the best to longs, Doc.

Your manipulating games aside, I know, you're smarter, than that. The presentation was ok. I guess, the market sold off because of 1) Lower oil, 2)Sell the news, 3)If you want to search for negatives...the NPV10 value (=without tax pools) is not that great...but ok, it's a speculation, that they can renew the reserves for a few more years.
