Took a beating for a reason.

Transparency.

They told us that they got the deal of the century buying a 25,000 bd asset for free.

$33M cash flow per month, assuming Kris Energy credits.

What they did not told us was these assets had a minus $200M in proved NPV10. Which means that gains will only come through development.

They did not told us that reorganisation would only allowed Kris energy credits in 9 months, which are also a lot less that I though.

Bottom line, at 50% taxes on profits, and a capex program of $200M , there will be not much cash flow coming in untill 2024, when they may have that cash in which would only pretty much cover the negattive value of prooven producing assets.

Public relations did a lousy job, I still believe Valeura assets are worth more than current value, but tell us about well costs, decline rate, projected free cash flow, etc. They need to be transparent, they are a junior now.

Ruinous & sickened....sold a third today, now have to wait till Monday to liquidate the balance. In over my depth of knowledge obviously as I never heard of NPV 10 until these last 2 Posts from Doubleneed. Try to have a decent weekend y'all.

It was clear from the beginning...that P1 covers roughly the future abandonment liabilities. They got this stuff for 10m and not from Santa Claus. If they manage the tax thing and are only half able to recycle the reserves, like in the past....this is an absolute nobrainer.

Unfortunatly the execution was very sloppy with two dilutions to compensate.

A lot of people become bearish just because they sold and want to buy back.

Could indeed be the case here.

Most of the late seller here will be exchanging shares with these bashers as they get back in into this at a discount. Selling low is a money making trick that always works, I guess. I am hearing of all these late interprations from experts, wassana restarting soon, will bring 50% of its revenue as net and rest of the reserves will soon be in the same tax regime. All that tax credit us$ 257m now ...more

Well they kept their hea above water saving the $50M from BG covering all opvosts with shallows so they do know how to manage cashflow although tge two emergency raises means they miscalculated extra fees somewhere to the tune of $20M haha. Sell if you want cash for projected 90% meltdown or have sometg8ng better to buy that jas similar dynamics perhaps AOI.... VLE swing trade opportunities will ...more

Guest told me and anyone else that bothered to ask that taking advantage of the tax losses would require a RE-ORGANIZATION. I continued to model 50% and showed tons of positive CF. https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=t.vle&postid=35373794
