No one, and no market, values SP on last month of revenue, nevermind a brownfield redev that has declining production dispite $30M mth expenditures. They need at least 12 mths drama free operations with 20K+  bbl day. So far this year they had 7 critical misses, blunders and integrity issues that we know of not to mention half the csuite and tier 1 mgmt quit becuae visas were rejected due

Clearly you have never been inbloved at csuite level or you would know its at least a year of scandal and drama free peefoemence to attract even vencap and more like 3-5 years to establish valuation.
