Nice to see such an interest from institutional investors but I’m not sure if it is all that significant how much they acquired; the more the better. But at some point they have to declare their intention......is it acquisition or just an investment. At this point it is all investment – IMHO. I’m here from Thrace times & I’m glad to see this ‘second attempt’ at…. ‘big hunt' so I’m going to

They could possible be underwater on thier entire stake right now.   Looks like we need a third or maybe fourth 10% holder. I can't believe the float is still this sloppy but they I probably don't have the full story.
