Cash flow

As long as cash continues to grow, there will be no problem.  With US$20 million a quarter added to the bank after all expenses, taxes and CAPEX, SP should easily reach $5+.  Because of higher OPEX and lower oil prices, SP has declined to this ridiculously low price. Next quarter should reach 25000 bopd with NY additional wells. Wassana exploration should get even more interesting. May reach 30000 bopd. Brent at or close to $80 is just fine and net cash should continue to grow. Looking forward to it.

They now have 7 or 8 QTR earnings entitlements since deal was done, added 70M to cash, less the 20M emergency raise dilution, they only added 50M and tthat was when oil was much higher price. They lost $6M in Q3. The biggest issue is they keep wildly inderestimating costs and failing to deliver on time now that Thilands largest oil sercices firm owns 12 % they will demand contracts with 40 ...more
