Operational Integrity
Canadian definition of integrity is far below international standard LOL operating a dangerous goods crude oil storage vessel with compromised structural integrity / cracked structural elements and likely extensive metal fatigue throughout is the furthest from integrity one can imagine.
This is an accident waiting to happen.
They HAD to restart losing too much money daily at VLE, even now they are barely break even, plus the $100M cost overun for their performance bonuses rewarding a 20% production crash and operating damaged vessel and informal "penalties" paid to regulators in Switzerland haha
