Your words. Thailand has gone through some sort of political turmoil over the past 20+ years and oil and gas companies have always been paid. Business as usual for the resource sector.

Political risk. UA was stable as well. So was Venezuela and Columbia along with a host of other third world countries where operators had plenty of grief. Doesn't take much for Junta to impose extra tax to retain lic nice......maybe had something to do with last QTR $100M extraordinary costs.

"The convening of parliament less than 48 hours after Srettha's dismissal contrasts sharply with last year, when it took two months for the lower house to sit to vote on a new premier after an election." https://www.reuters.com/world/asia-pacific/thailands-pheu-thai-party-decide-pm-candidate-parliamentary-vote-looms-2024-08-15/

I have never seen a junk stock with no divs increase so much on a $104M single quarter loss that represnets 30% of revenue. Dumped the 40K shares I bought at 4.17 range today. Bought 20K shares UVIX to hold for a while. VLE is a great swing trade stock thay are masters at pumping.

Boy. does it ever smell! Honestly hard to hear so many lies from just one person. Wondering if he ever actually speaks any truth? :)
