Insiders knew of this a drove up price almost 25% since start 0f '21.
Half of today's volume was in last 10 minutes, and the 57,000 ASK @ 3:55 was pulled off the table at 4:.01

Any body's guess what pressure will sway the  opening first hour and first day.

According to insider filing reports one insider purchased in January 2021. He bought a whopping 3100 shares at 5.70 and 5.69, taking his total share count up 0.7% to just over 464 000 shares. To suggest that insiders are responsible for the sharp rise in price makes no sense and doesn't match the facts. VQS made a public announcement on Dec 22 that this was coming and anyone paying attention
