New Hire

Expenses up and stock takes another tumble.  Who is responsible for growing revenue and profitabiltiy. Stock dwn70% last few months. What is the plan for  profitability?

Who is responsible for growing revenue and profitability?  #1: The CEO and Chairman of the Board #2: the remaining Board members #3: Employees - in that order VQS is done. VQS shareholders would be best served if VQS liquidated itself and returned all proceeds to existing shareholders - simple as that. With Pare and Taylor at the helm it is a No Win situation period.

Part of me agree with what your saying but at the same time you've never had anything good to say  about the company and yes right now it looks pretty grim, are you allowing your absolute dislike for Pare reflecting in your opinion, and how do you explain the thousands of shares held by insiders and never once sold one I can't believe that they are that foolish do you think, we are ...more

Wrong.  Take a look at my track record pal.  You would have saved or even made a lot of $$$ had you followed my thinking. nothing personal agains pare, Taylor or anyone else at vqs. but the bottom line is, the current ceo and chairman of the board are way in over their heads and have no clue on how to connect the dots and create value. they’re like 5 year olds trying to play chess ...more

I think a big part of the problem was that they under estimated the damage from COVID especially in Australia, and a delay in two or three quarters of growth.  Sales of $35 million annual is miles below what we / they had hoped for 18 months ago That estimate that Pare came out with about five weeks  ago was horrid -- that of an estimated  $36MM   -- well below what ...more
