Looks like they are asking for an  approval to do a 10:1 to 18:1 reverse split. I am pissed I would rather we delist from Nasdaq at this point with the board turned over.

Looks like you don't know wtf you are talking about! They have until Sept 25, 2023 to regain compliance and can be granted another 180 day extension after that which bring us to March 25 2024. There is no mention of any R/S anywhere! This stock only has 35 million shares o/s. Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company is provided with a grace period of 180 calendar days, or ...more

Most companies have this resolution. You gain nothing by your posts! You are mistaken I belive. Most companies do not have this. We have gone from no mention of it, to all companies have it. I understand this may be upsetting to you. I am not pleased about it either.

What do you get out of this? It's of no importance. As a sharelholder why would you focus on something that is perceived as negative and serves only to detract from shareholder value. It's in the event that the co. doesn't meet Nasdaqr requirements and wishes to stay listed on the Nasdaq. But all people see is your headline of R/S.

how is this not relevant? I'm long VQS and would prefer they don't do this but a R/S is definitely something they are going to have to consider if the share price doesn't soon start moving up. sept 25,2023 is not that far away...here's hoping the stock will appreciate on its own but it's got a long way to go (bascially 4 times current SP) to reach $1 US.
