please ignore my previous two posts
i tried copying and pasting from seeking alpha and the enitre transcript showed on here before i posted but when i posted, it only showed the first copy/paste
my apologies but i included the link my first post - the trasncript is worth a read! sounds like the worst is behind us and better times are ahead
