3% Dividend at $0.12/share annually:   $66,000,000

At this WTI Price, depending on what they have already hedged for, a 3% dividend and NCIB is a MUST.

Or.... Another company will come along and buy the company out at 20% above the share price, fire the management, and take the assets.
