Big funds are slow to react

This will trend up over the next week or so right into earnings. Likely heading for $6, I see a minimum of $5.30 cdn

Yeah, I suspect big funds got burned so bad in the relentless downward spiral over the past several years, that they still are reluctant to jump back in.  But the bottom line for Cdn oil producers keeps looking better and better, and money talks.  At some point big funds will probably start to buy back in.
