Byrska's plan is to keep the share price low to attract a lowball hostile bid.  He'll then negotiate a huge payday for him and the CSuite to go along with the deal.  They'll settle on about $6/share and pocket millions in compensation. It has been my observation and comments on this company in the past is that there is very little oversight provided by the Board of Directors.  I have stated that bonuses for this team should be shares based on a high-water mark, maybe $6.00, $8.00, or even $10.00. If you look at an Insders Report for CPG, the executive do not own that many shares.  Therefore, they do not necessarily ...more
