because they know that they can count on the unwashed masses (shareholders bagholders) to stfu and put up with their BS they don't need cash. they put all of that money to pay down a purchase that as EIGEN has mentioned will make them money for years to come. another smart move. done more as a way to f shareholders over than anything else. now. they can say that there is no money in the bank
