someone who is in the medical field mentioned that in order to extract fetal cells and tissue to use in these so called "vaccines", the fetal must be "fresh" and that means "alive" at the time of extraction?

maybe Anschutz can shed some light on this.

Yes it's true that fetal cells need to be living to be of any use.  Just like when organs are harvested they can exist outside the body from hours to a bit longer than a day depending on the organ.  I don't know the specifics for fetal cells, I can say with certainty however that aborted fetal tissue has value and certainly does not end up in the landfill. https://thefederalist
