Cpg has opportunity cost phobia
This is an ailment that affects people and managements who have recently gone through a economic crisis or depression.........the disease manifests itself by rendering the inflicted with the never ending dusire to hoard capital......individuals with the disease typically stuff their matress with cash.......managements move at a snails pace to raise dividends and share buy backs........medical science is still working on a cure for opportunity cost phobia.

ask yourself why insiders want nothing to do with cpg and you have your answer. i learned my lesson along time ago. wouldn't touch this pos again. if we see insiders buy meaningfully i would re-consider. until then, no touch.
