Bullish?
Primary Vision's Frac Spread Count, which tracks the number of completion crews finishing off previously drilled wells, shows that completion crews fell by 10 this week to 234 for week ending December 31, for the fifth dip in a row. The frac spread is now down 40 over the last five weeks.

This is not a metric that follow very closely but didn't California put a moratorium on fracking in the summer? Are Primary Vision's counts for all of North America? This might be more indicative of gov't rejecting permits than a fundamental issue with forecasted demand, which I still read as strong. Could you elaborate?

this site explains it very well. Zero in on this quote "The Frac Spread Count is a better indicator of oil coming online by operator, region, state and county vs. rig counts" https://www.fracspreadcount.com/learn

Love it. I do give a frac. I look at the price of crude and the supply of crude is not on the increase, so what does that mean?
