Scotia downgrade?

Have to be honest - this seems a bit off!  In the run up to reporting March 3rd and the following quarter I am expecting to see CPG $2-3 higher than today's price.

It's a downgrade to a hold.  The buys still outweigh the holds.  You win some, you lose some.
