someone tell the seller oil is up

This stock is moving in inverse of oil prices today. Why would the sell off in tech stocks affect oil companies.

I would also think that some of the money coming out of Meta (+/- 200 billion) has caught some of the traders/institutions offside with margin calls.. so what do you do to cover the margin calls.. you sell some profitable holdings to satisfy the bankers.. thus the cross the board sellling IMHO..
