Looks like a good course of action from my perspective.  The timing seems good as with oil price being high, these non-core assets stand a better chance of fetching a good price.  Take the proceeds and increase interest in Duvernay, or just pay down a big chunk of debt.  Either way would be positive for CPG shareholders IMO.  Focus on a few core areas is a tried and true ...more

could be a move to aquire Repsol Duvernay assets without taking on to much debt or dilute shareholders if it's feasble to intergrate them with current operations Repsol is seeking buyers for its holdings in the Duvernay basin, in western Canada, which are still in early development stages, according to its website. Repsol assets are in the east duverney...CPG has a ton of land there already that they arent developing so doubt that.
