Only rouge nation is the USA and its blatant corruption through NATO.   This isn't Ukraine vs Russia it's more along the lines of USA using Ukrainians to fight their war. NATO didn't move on Ukraine.. obviously your a commie/Putin loving fool to say you "understand the course of action".. killing innocent people is never justifyable to take over a country..
