This is more a Europe issue. But then I ask myself do they even care about the oil from Russia? They are definitely banning fuel based transportation are they not ? They already drive smaller vehicles compared to other parts of the world. So to me it looks like when it comes to oil and supplying Europe maybe they don't care as they are moving away from such a reliance. Only a guess but based on trends probably wouldn't surprise me.
