Canada to Increase Oil Exports to Europe?

Here is a current headline in the Oilprice website:
Canada Ready To Ramp Up Oil Exports To Europe And The U.S. | OilPrice.com

What capacity does Canada have to export oil to Europe?  Very limited oil pipeline capacity to the East Coast of Canada, so probably not much Western Canadian oil going there.  Maybe they will ship Newfoundland oil production to Europe? That's about 200 or 300 kbpd I think... not insignificant.

Yeah I don't really see Canadian oil making it over there. Of course the Newfoundland stuff is easy enough but the main bulk of Albertan oil is not really deisgned for European epxort. The more likely outcome is that more CAD oil flows to thr US and therefore allows the US to export more of its domesic supply to Europe.

Sadly so... Canada gets skim milk while USA gets the cream and makes the butter.
