Just on BNN.. Opec+ was 1.5 million brls/day short of their production quotas on todays reports.. :-0
Largest draw down in the US since Jan. 2021 of ~8 million brls..!  :-0

Andrew Lippow just mentioned that US production is up 200,000 barrels/day in the last few weeks.. although that is a good thing.. it will fall miserably short of the barrels that OPEC can't provide or the Russian barrels dropping off..!

EIA oil production from the weekly update should be taken with a grain of salt IMO.  I think they use a model to tell them what the prod should be in the current week and publish numbers on that basis... that's the best they can do for a current estimate and it isn't bad, but it isn't actual production.  When actual April prod numbers come out at end of June we might well see ...more
