Oil up $3 today and

Crescent Pointless up 20C. Yesterday, oil down $3, Crescent pointless down 50C. Same thing over and over with this garbage.

Thanks Tips McGaffigan. I just sold garbage CPG and bought WCP, a real oil company that rewards its shareholders. Remember, CPG is garbage.

Can't go wrong owning WCP.  You will however miss the pop when CPG announces another dividend increase with the upcoming earnings release.  Unless WCP also raises their dividend, I expect we see a larger pop on a % basis from CPG.  I own both and look forward to a rising share price and increasing dividends in perpetuity as the price of oil and commodities continue to rise.

I wouldn't bet on a dividend increase with the upcoming ER. With how conservative this company have been with Shareholder returns don't be surprised if it's Q2/Q3 before that happens. Not saying that's a sure thing but nobody on this board should be surprised if that's what they do.

My prediction is based on where the price of oil has been and the latest CPG investor slide deck.  We'll soon see if Bryska is true to his word or stringing shareholders along.

If I have a read on the current management, I think there will be a dividend increase with the next ER.  But it'll be small, less than $0.02.

My prediction is a 33% increase for Q2 (1.5 cent increase to 6 cents/quarter) That's easily doable..!
