Oil still over $100 and I could be going red on CPG soon.

This is getting ridiculous. Don't know whether to buy more or dump it all with some sort of gain.

So at what level of crude prices would CPG reach a breakeven point or start losing money? What would be the level of economic activity or inactivity in North America and the world that would reduce the consumption of crude products to crushing levels and destroy producers such as CPG? I think we're either in or approaching the Chicken Little stage of the sky is falling stage. IMO, hang on to ...more

Getting ridiculous is certainly an understatement.. funny thing is with 50% of their production hedged these higher prices aren't really doing anything for the balance sheet, as anything sold over the hedge price is a zero sum gain.. but of course the market just sells everything industry related as the price of crude wobbles.. crazy times..!

Ridiculous is an understatement. The PE is now 1.55 %. A takeover should not be unexpected.
