Cant see Oil running high tomorrow or it would of today

Once again API shows a surplus and SPR is running on empty but they'll fill their tanks with cheap Oil. Oil is still in the $70+ so until Oil gets back up into the $80+ there's still a possibility that Oil could sell off tomorrow because there's no need for higher Oil prices right now and Oil only got up around $2 at the highest today so it's far from being bullish and the DOW was down again so until something changes traders they are looking at a bearish economy. We'll have to see if they're in a bullish mood across the pond tonight but I can't see that happening with everything that's going on in Europe. Oil could stay in the $70+ tomorrow and China the second largest Oil consumer is set to slow to 2.8% this year down from 8.1% in 2021. My prediction of $75 Oil is now at $65 by year's end unless something changes production the global recession is a real fact.
