WCS - WTI Differential

Can anyone shed any light on why the differential is 31 dollars this morning, I know it jumped to the low 20's with the SPR releases but this is ridiculous

Probably more SPR release or fear of. Cdn heavy competes directly against SPR heavy for refinery intake

HUH? "Cdn heavy competes"? They can't get enough Cdn Heavy. Remember Joe's first move was to cancel Keystone XL. Instead, now he's looking for Venezulan heavy! He has no-one to blame but himself

Yes stupid old Joe. Went to the Saudis begging them on his hands and knees to please pump more oil.. Now kissing the rectum of Venezuela to sell them oil.
