Listened to Tom Rand on BNN blab on about who's gonna pay for climate change damages being a topic of conversation at the next COP26 meeting.. what a crock of BS.. sooo.. let's see.. you have a 100 year flood happen, which happened 100 years ago as well.. well Tom... you tell me.. who and what was responsible for that flood..?? Who you gonna blame for that weather anomaly.. Can't tag that one on the fossil fuel industry can ya..!! Bunch of BS there Tommy boy..!!
