Yes OPEC will make a big media spectacle of the fact that they are going to continue production cuts into 2024. Then they will all break these promises as they have been doing, the only limit on their monthly exports is how muh China and India will buy. West African oil countries arent happy that they are being told they cant increase. China has stopped dealing with Venezuala because no more deals ...more
