A touch of a disconnect

Haven't posted in a while I am still in shock over the latest acquisition. I am still down about 2 bucks a share on that one. But why is this down 4x's oil today.  Looks like a disconnect.  My view is if oil doesn't recover CAPEX will be decreased substantially. Thoughts?

I think Investors are fed up with the way the crime syndicate controls oil. Oil is usually up overseas in the evening and gets taken to the woodshed once the U.S traders and shorts take control when our markets open. Personally I'm going to get out of this commodity once and for all when it rebounds this driving season..

I don't think that was management, that will be there shares for the financing.  If it was the management or the directors there would be an name attached to it.
