Someone felt confident enough to buy 40,000 shares after hours on the TSX, and 196,792 shares after hours state side..  ;-)

No doubt about it. They're keeping the dividend low and are directing those funds to paying down debt more quickly and also maintain a fairly agressive NCIB. This has helped and should continue to support a growing share price.
