Also, those three pipelines your celebrating where probably put forward during Harper's terms.   Canada would likely be producing close to 8 million bpd of oil if not for blackface and the libtard band.

He did kill Northern Gateway....stating the if oil is going to be exported in tankers off the west coast it should be done out of Vancouver....where all the best navigation aids, support services, spill response assets are located. When KM balked at making that happen, he took over the whole operation and got it built and it is operating today. Keystone XL is/was a proposed pipeline IN THE UNITED

First to market with product is critical.  USA shale fracking is not new technology.  Been around since 40's.  just improved.  You throw around a lot of bs statements all the time.  If Canadian oil was already to market, USA shale producers are business people not stupid monkeys.
