Were ALL About Tax FAIRNESS__AND That the VERY RICH Should
Pay a LITTLE MORE__And that There Will ONLY BE Less than 45,000
Tax Payers AFFECTED

BOTTEM LINE is that the ONLY WAY Tax ""FAIRNESS"" Could Have BEEN
ACHIEVED Would Have BEEN that EVERYONE Pays the NEW 2/3rd Tax Rate
WITHOUT the 250K Exemption

HECK__The Capital Gains Rate WAS @ 75% from 1990 to 2000__For 

EVERYONE__Was NOT the END of the WORLD !!!

This TARGETTED New Capital Gains POLICY is Just MORE of the Liberal/NDP Coalition VILLIFYING the ""VERY RICH""__Simply for POLITICAL Vote Getting Reasons.
