Re article:  Someone should tell investors.  Thanks for the good read, but  at the end of the day, appears these things mean nothing. It's kinda like the banks who state WCP to hit $14.00, VRN  $15.00.and it goes on and on.  I shouldnt be suprised, both had a reasonable surge only to pull back PLUS. in two days. Tollycraft GLTA
